Swieke / Swike Purwodadi

Materials :

400 gram frog thigh can also be replaced with duck meat
2 pieces ginger, sliced 2 mm thick size
10 cloves garlic, bruished
2 tablespoon taoco, bruished
3 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 tsp salt Soy sauce
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
500 cc broth stew thigh frog / duck

Prepare:
2 stem celery, roughly sliced
cayenne pepper mashed
sliced lemon
fried onion

How to create:
  1. Frog thigh stew or duck meat to the broth out and tiriskan
  2. Heat oil, bruished garlic and ginger and then we tumis to yellow
  3. Add taoco, poke average.
  4. Enter the thigh frog, sweet soy sauce, salty soy sauce and pepper powder, poke average, cook until the thigh frog become numb.
  5. Enter the water on the add broth, poke average, lower flame, cook about 30 minutes.
  6. Add sugar and salt, the average poke, lift from the fire, and sprinkle top with fried onion and celery.
  7. For two portion presented in conjunction with lemon, sweet soy sauce, pepper and cayenne pepper finely mashed that.
